After we visited the exhibit about his family in the American History Museum, Chef Tim Ma and I stepped out on the National Mall. Tim is a culinary and community master in DC. His latest concept “Lucky Danger” is a fresh take on American Chinese food, he’s the one of the founders of the nation non-profit “Chefs Stopping AAPI Hate” and a very candid guy.
